Groups

Currently there are two positive peer groups for high school teens focussing on healthy communications skills, leadership skills, psycho-education, anxiety/depression, healthy separation v.s. unhealthy detachment, and resiliency. Josh personally facilitates each of these groups to ensure best treatment practices. 

Price of groups are $55 each session.

 

Workshops

There will be a workshop on mindfulness and centering strategies for adults coming soon. The date of this two day weekend workshop is still to be determined. Please check back soon for more information.
